Please read these terms carefully before using Peaky Twins. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Peaky Twins — including creating an account, browsing the app, or using any features — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Peaky Twins. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Peaky Twins only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
Any activity that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
Impersonating another person, entity, or Peaky Twins employee.
Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to other users.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the service without prior written consent.
Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

Peaky Twins and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the app, including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and brand elements (collectively, "Content").

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal content you create within the app (e.g., your goals and tasks). By using Peaky Twins, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

Peaky Twins is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaky Twins and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Peaky Twins at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason — including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service.
Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Extended periods of account inactivity.
Legal requirements or government orders.

You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
